She is dedicated to providing therapy to those who need it through our online platform, ensuring that each person receives the compassionate care and guidance they deserve. Amy Mantel, as a psychiatric nurse, has a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health from both a clinical and personal perspective. I have created a workshop designed to help people recognize and overcome the conflicts we face in life. Through this workshop and other self-help materials, I provide practical tools and insights to empower individuals to navigate challenges and build healthier, more resilient lives. In addition, I write blogs that focus on mental health topics and strategies for self-healing, offering advice and support to guide you through everyday struggles.
